Our Inspiration
Ask any kid who grew up playing sports what they learned besides how to hit a ball. Athletes who grow up playing sports gain lessons that many people over look. Social skills are improved, you learn about mental toughness, you learn how to push yourself, and you learn time management skills while balancing athletics and school. It is not only fun ,but it’s a stress release and an outlet to calm you down after you have a bad day. Especially when kids get to the high school sports level, sports force you to hold passing grades and athletes have been proven to have higher gpa's .Many kids do not even have access to programs due largely in part to finances. The average high school sports fee in mass is around 200$ per season without including costs of personal equipment and aau or club programs can cost thousands of dollars. This foundation aims to aid kids who cannot afford the massive fees by supplying scholarships to cover aau programs, school sport fees and equipment costs because no kid should not be left out of these beneficial skills because they cannot afford it. Not only do we supply funds to kids but the clinics we run also supply the opportunity for kids to play. Through our clinics we give kids a local opportunity to play at a low cost. Our leagues are also a great way for kids including kids with special needs to have the ability to play a game that can help them in all areas of life. Athletics are an amazing way for kids to grow and we hope to help all of them be able to play.
